No Ads, the Starter Pack, Foreman and Camp VIP come back on a new phone: open Settings in the game (the menu button, top left) and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID you bought them with. Flares and other consumables are used as you spend them and can't be restored.
Camp VIP renews automatically until you cancel. Cancel any time, at least 24 hours before it renews, in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions › CampZ, or from the VIP card in the game's shop (Manage).
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds do too: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your camp is saved on your phone. To move it: Settings › Copy save code on the old phone, send the code to yourself, then Settings › Load a save code on the new one.
CampZ shows optional ads to earn rewards and occasional ads between days (none with No Ads or VIP). Whether ads use your advertising identifier is your choice: iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. See the privacy policy.
Deleting the app removes your camp from your phone. For data held by our ad provider, email us and we'll help.
